Wholesaling is essentially the practice of putting a home under contract below market value and then marking it up a small amount to sell to another investor, usually to rehab. This can be a good in because you are just brokering between to people. The other great thing about this is it really forces you to network with other people. These houses aren't sold on the MLS so you need to build a list of people interested in these houses you are selling. Through the process you will get to know a lot of investors, what they are looking for and often you will find out through trial and error what is a good deal. Wholesaling can be great to:
