Private money lending is the perfect way to get cash for people that are;
While the idea sounds appealing it is not quite as easy as just getting money. You need to make sure you follow certain procedures when making an agreement with a private lender and you need to make sure you close the deal correctly too.
Most importantly of all you need to make sure you are compliant with the SEC when advertising for private lenders. Alan shared all of this with us and even talked about how he presents to potential lenders either in person or by using a specially designed audio CD.
