All information provided during the purchasing process will be maintained on a secure server. Your personal information is only use to verify your order and payment information and will not be sold to third parties.

By purchasing this product you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

LIVE EVENTS - All live events will be recorded both audio and video. As a part of your purchase of participating in this event you are authorizing the incidental use of your likeness as a part of the video or audio session. This information is copyrighted and owned by and for the sole use of Roxx Productions, LLC. Roxx Productions, LLC owns all distribution rights to this recorded material.

SERVICES - This product is educational in nature. It is intended to be used to facilitate your investing strategies. This is not intended to be a stand alone solution to real estate investing. You should always perform your own due diligence prior to executing any real estate transaction. Furthermore it is the opinion of this company that you should employee knowledgeable and pertinent counsel from attorneys, accountants and other professionals. This product is not a replacement for those services.

REFUND POLICY:

Physical Products - Unless otherwise noted physical products have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product within thirty days of receipt you may return it for a refund. You must contact Roxx Productions at customersvc@getrealrei.com and provide the tracking number for your return shipment. Once return confirmation is received your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price.

Electronic Products - Because this product is in electronic format we are unable to receive a return on the product. For this reason we are unable to offer a refund. If you are unable to download and receive this product through electronic means we will be able to mail it to you in a CD or written format. If you are unable to receive the product at all then a 100% refund will be provided to you.

Live Events - Live event registration fees are fully refundable 90 days prior to the event if made in writing or via email and through confirmed email reciept by email customersvc@getrealrei.com 50% of your registration fee will be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of the live event.  Requests for refunds up to 14 days prior to the event will recieve a 25% refund of the registration fee.  No refund requests can be made within 14 days of the live event due to financial commitments the event sponsors must make to the sponsoring hotels and food providers.

DISTRIBUTION - This product is being provided to you solely for your individual purpose. This product may not be disseminated to other individuals at any point in time. This product carries full protection under US and International copyright and unauthorized distribution will be prosecuted. The audio portion of this product may be transferred to portable listening devices only for the use by the authorized purchaser of this product. All products are protected under United States and International Copyright protection. Infringers upon these copyrights will be prosecuted under US and international law.
