This is not the typical
investor bootcamp. This is a REAL workshop. In our
4 days we will do a few things different. Including the fact there are
only 15 seats ever in class. We want you to learn up close
and personally.
One of your classmates of the workshop runs an actual CHDO non-profit.
He will share his experiences as inside information to work with these
groups, essentially rendering your competition ineffective.
What could you do if you partner with someone who gets homes
for 30% off of HUD asking price, everytime, or even better, buy houses
for $1!
This is not just pie in the sky wishes. It is the way real
world business make money every day. Another classmate will
bring a 100+ home project they are working on right now. We
will brainstorm, spitball and otherwise just rip this thing apart and
talk thorugh exactly what has to be done to make the project work.
Plus... If we all decide it is a good project we can develop a plan to
purchase properties in this project itself and work on it behind the
scenes. Have you ever heard a bootcamp with an apprentice program
before? This can't be taught through books in tapes you have to register
for the course to be a part of it.
All of the warm fuzzies are
great, but what do you get out of it. We did say we want to
build a business, right? Here is the magic to the Speckled

Here is the really silly part.
Most people won't take action right now because they think
this is too good to be true. OK, if this is you then first of
all take any amount you think you could make on this and
divide it by 5, is that more realistic? Then let's go with
that.
We are talking about making $10,000 ot $15,000 per property.
Not $30,000-$50,000 like you see on the "reality" t.v. shows.
