In fact in this 4 day workshop you will not only learn the process but you will learn how to improve the process for yourself.

The BASICS

Without all of the flowery talk and and slick campaign basically Speckled Sheep is about teaching those that want to be more than just investors but those that want to make real estate their business, how to build a business and help out their community and others in the process.

This 4 day intensive workshop April 17-20 in Charlotte, NC, is going to provide the foundation to build your business by working with non-profits, government agencies and institutional organizations such as lenders to bring them all together for a common cause. Improving housing.

This is not the typical investor bootcamp. This is a REAL workshop. In our 4 days we will do a few things different. Including the fact there are only 15 seats ever in class. We want you to learn up close and personally.

One of your classmates of the workshop runs an actual CHDO non-profit. He will share his experiences as inside information to work with these groups, essentially rendering your competition ineffective. What could you do if you partner with someone who gets homes for 30% off of HUD asking price, everytime, or even better, buy houses for $1!

This is not just pie in the sky wishes. It is the way real world business make money every day. Another classmate will bring a 100+ home project they are working on right now. We will brainstorm, spitball and otherwise just rip this thing apart and talk thorugh exactly what has to be done to make the project work.

Plus... If we all decide it is a good project we can develop a plan to purchase properties in this project itself and work on it behind the scenes. Have you ever heard a bootcamp with an apprentice program before? This can't be taught through books in tapes you have to register for the course to be a part of it.

All of the warm fuzzies are great, but what do you get out of it. We did say we want to build a business, right? Here is the magic to the Speckled Sheep system. We don't want all of the profit. In fact when you look at the big picture we don't even get most of the profits. Real Estate Investors fight tooth and nail to get properties at the lowest price and sell them for the most possible.

What's wrong with that. Probably nothing. Except the reality is we end up doing a lot of work to get the really good deal every once in a while. At Speckled Sheep we concentrate on getting a smaller paycheck on a more consistent basis by doing something just about every small, medium and large business does in the U.S. Providing a service to others. We aren't in it just for us, instead we learn how to fill the gap between the players to help them dispose of properties, acquire properties and place homebuyers.

Here is the really silly part. Most people won't take action right now because they think this is too good to be true. OK, if this is you then first of all take any amount you think you could make on this and divide it by 5, is that more realistic? Then let's go with that.

We are talking about making $10,000 ot $15,000 per property. Not $30,000-$50,000 like you see on the "reality" t.v. shows. What if you only wanted to put the effort in to sell just one house a month? Would that help out financially? Then use those numbers.

This is not a fancy marketing ploy. We really don't want any more students in this class. We want this to be teaching but also sharing. We want a group of truly motivated individuals that we can work with and build the foundation for something special.
